Return Policy

Not happy with your purchase? Don't worry.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy on "like-new" products in their original packaging for countries within the European Union.

To request a return or refund, send an email to hello@stays.green with the details listed below. If your return request is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to return the package via postal service. The return cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. This cost is equal to the original shipping rate you paid. If your order qualified for free shipping, our standard shipping rate for your country will be applied.

To speed up the process, please include the following details in your email:

  • Order number
  • Name
  • Picture of the product
  • Picture of the original box
  • Reason for returning

The amount of your refund depends on the condition of the product. In most cases, this is 100%. Items missing packaging or damaged beyond the expected wear from light use will incur an additional fee to cover repairs or part-replacement.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Special order items
  • Volume orders
  • Made-to-order products
  • Showroom models

All returns must be sent back in their original packaging via postal service. We do not offer a pick-up service.
