Not happy with your purchase? Don't worry.

We want you to be happy with your purchase that's why we offer a 14-day return policy on "like-new" products in their original packaging to countries within the European Union.

By sending an email to and providing us with the information below you can request a return / refund.
If your return request is accepted we'll arrange a pickup at your preferred location. The amount of your refund depends on the condition of the product. In most cases this is 100%.

- name
- preferred pick up address
- picture of the product
- picture of the original box
- reason for returning

Items missing packaging or damaged beyond the expected wear from light use will incur an additional fee to cover repairs or part-replacement.

We're unable to accept returns on the following purchases:

  • Volume orders

  • Made to order products

  • Open-box items

  • Showroom models
