Do you make custom arrangements?

Yes! We love creating bespoke pieces. Whether you're looking for a custom bouquet for your home, a special gift, or a larger installation for a business or event—we're happy to help. Justget in touchwith your ideas, and our experienced florists will bring your vision to life.

Do sold-out bouquets come back in stock?

No—our bouquets are released in limited drops and are not restocked once sold out. That’s because our flower selection depends on what’s available from our suppliers, and it changes regularly. Each collection is unique.

However, we’re happy to create a custom bouquet in a similar style or color palette. Just reach out, and we will craft something just for you.

Can I return or exchange my bouqet?

Yes. If you're not completely happy with your bouquet, you can return it within 14 days of delivery—no questions asked. The bouquet must be unused and in its original packaging.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges, but you're welcome to place a new order after your return is processed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship throughout the EU and the UK. All orders are sent from Belgium, with delivery typically taking 1–4 business days.
