We are happy to change your delivery dates if you’ll be unable to receive for an extended period of time, and we can pause your subscription. Simply reach out to us at hello@stays.green.
While you’re not able to choose the order in which the bouquets are sent, we will select what’s most suitable in terms of colours on the delivery date.
We offer a change of flowers 6 times a year, every 2 months. Unrelated to when you subscribe to this rental service you’ll receive a new bouquet (and we’ll pick-up the old bouquet) in the first week of the following months:

  1. February
  2. April
  3. June
  4. August
  5. October
  6. December


When you subscribe as a new renter, you’ll always receive the season’s bouquet within one week after your subscription (and Stays having received your payment). Then we’ll adopt you in the same renewal schedule as any existing users. Let us explain with an example:

You order in the beginning of October. You get the October - November bouquet a couple of days later (after shipping which might take up to 4 business days). This happens until the cut off date which is the 10th of the last month of the lumped months. This means in my example until the 10th of November. From that date onwards we’ll send you the bouquet of the next month-couple namely December - January in this case.
Once you take a subscription, you will get your first bouquet a couple of days (shipping) later. Every two months we pass by to take back that bouquet and give you your next one. The subscription is not fixed in time. You can end the subscription whenever you want.
Absolutely! Enter the address of the lucky one as the delivery address. But, if you would like that they hear about if from us with a card, you should wait just a few weeks. We are still working on the gift page.
If you don’t like our service or don’t like our style, no hard feelings. Hopefully you provide us with some feedback to learn as much as possible and can adjust what might have gone wrong but we know very well that the following vulgar french quote is a 100% true: “les goûts et les couleurs, ne se discutent pas”.

Because of this we want to make sure that you can cancel your subscription at any time. Here is the procedure when you cancel your subscription:

Because we work with products that have a huge lifetime which allows us to re-use the flowers we of course want to make sure that we get back the flowers you rent. When you want to cancel your subscription please reach out to us at hello@stays.green, provide us your order number, name, address and telephone number. This way we can find your order in our system. We will then help you to make a return label. The cost of this return is on you as we cannot carry the cost of that return. Once the flowers are back at our warehouse we’ll check if everything still looks good. If they have not been returned in good conditions we’ll have to charge you an extra subscription month. This whole process will at least take 20 days as you need to contact us, send us the flowers back, we need to check the return package and we need to do the accounting to cancel your subscription. This means that you will most probably be charged at least 2 subscription months. Therefore we advise you to plan in time your cancelation.
We try to offer the best possible user experience and the best way we came up with is the following.

We send you the new flowers at the beginning of the month. At that point you still have the old flowers. The new bouquet arrives at your place. You unbox them and keep the box of the new bouquet you have received and put the old bouquet in that box. In that box with the new bouquet there is a return label that you will have to stick on the box to send it back.

It is VERY important that you stick that label on top of the old label so that there is no barcode of the old label visible anymore.



  1. Although we offer guest checkout, we always recommend creating an account to keep track of your orders! You can sign in or create an account by clicking “Sign In” at the top right corner of the webpage next to the shopping cart icon.
  2. After logging in to your account, (link) on the upper left of the screen.
  3. When you’re done browsing and you’ve made your selection, click on the photo of the item you’d like to send, review the photos, and carefully read the description.
  4. When you’re ready, click “Add to Cart”, here you can also choose to add a vase if one is not included, then click “Checkout”.
  5. Proceed through the checkout steps: Recipient details, Delivery details, check out extra Goodies, and add a Message. When you are finished with that, you can enter your payment and review your order!
Currently, we are ready for deliveries in Europe, but not everything is set to deliver overseas. If you doubt about possibilities about this, please reach out to us. We are happy to look for possibilities.
We’re an e-commerce company, so we only accept orders through our webshop to ensure you can quickly, easily, and accurately place your order.

Each order can only have one address. If you would like to send to multiple recipients at multiple addresses, or if you want to include multiple Messages, we suggest placing separate orders.



Every bouquet has been lovingly designed – meaning we cannot customize orders. Our arrangements arrive almost exactly as pictured. Small amounts of variation can be expected.
If you’re DIY-inclined, you’re welcome to remove unwanted stems or combine two bouquets in a unique fashion.
As a standard, our bouquets and vases are sold separately.
For the subscription based option: you get a free vase with your first delivery.

We accept a whole range of online payments such as:

You'll need to cancel your subscription, reach out to us on get in touch and we'll help you out asap.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, this will act as a digital receipt.
This confirmation email contains all the necessary elements of a receipt, including an itemized breakdown of your order, recipient details, and the purchase total.

When our customer team initiates a refund, our payment processor submits the refund to your bank immediately for processing. Due to the processing time, which is different for each bank, you will then receive the funds from a refund in your account approximately 5–14 business days after the date on which the refund was initiated. Note that holidays are not considered business days and can delay processing.
